The principal services we supply are:

Web Hosting of dedicated server clusters for your applications, including equipment, and licence supply.

Remote Monitoring and Operational Support  to provide a secure and stable environment for applications to run continuously.

Applications Support includes 2nd and 3rd level support covering operational help, bug fix, data repair, essential maintenance and systems enhancements.

The support services are delivered to a comprehensive and detailed Service Level Agreement (SLA) which clearly sets the standards of supply, how these services will be managed, key service metrics, such as systems availability and response / fix times for service requests, along with reporting arrangements.
