Acas, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service is part of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). SFW, via AMTEC's consortium, provides Applications Support and Development services to the Digital Solutions department within Acas. Digital Solutions is part of the IT Directorate and is responsible for providing systems and solutions to meet the organisation's requirements.
Support and Development that Increases Business Efficiency
SFW has been working with Acas since mid 2008 and is responsible for delivering support for existing systems as well as updating existing and developing new applications, a number of which are business-critical. Effective delivery requires expertise and knowledge of a wide range of applications and technological platforms as well as a good understanding of the organisational requirements that need to be met.
