There are a number of different ways to join SFW. Here’s how and when SFW recruits new staff:
Graduate Recruitment
As the company grows, SFW often has a recruitment drive to find graduates for Junior Analyst Programmer jobs. We look for motivated people with a good degree in maths, sciences, engineering, or of course, computing. Candidates may or may not have postgraduate work experience but they must have some experience and an interest in programming as they will be involved in programming work for real projects at an early stage. Recommend a friend scheme
Existing staff members can recommend a friend for any full time or part time vacancy at SFW. If the friend accepts an offer of employment, the person who made the recommendation will receive a cash bonus!
Agencies
SFW rarely requires the assistance of recruitment agencies. The only time SFW uses a specialist IT agency is either when seeking to fill a senior consultancy position or to assist in the recruitment of an individual with highly specialised skills. When there is a requirement, the agency will be sourced from a shortlist of approved suppliers.
