It has been business as usual for SFW this week, even though the heavy snow and treacherous conditions affected public services and many other companies in the South East. The early hours of Monday morning saw was the heaviest snowfall in the region for 18 years. Unsurprisingly, many organisations did not have contingency plans in place to cope.
"Obviously the key difference for SFW was where the work took place. Staff couldn't commute into the office, but because we have invested heavily in advanced communications facilities, everyone was able to work remotely" commented SFW Director, Peter Hornsby.
