Globalisation has presented new challenges for IT Professionals in the UK. With limited access to the traditional ‘entry level’ jobs, where experience is built gradually, newly qualified professionals now need to progress rapidly to higher level roles. To address this, e-skills UK has created a modular programme - the IT Professional Development Programme. The programme provides top quality technical, business, project management and communications training to graduates to fast-track their development in the early part of their careers.
