SFW works closely with a number of organisations to deliver a superior service to its clients. Key partners include:

Microsoft
SFW is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, working with established Microsoft technologies and as early adopters of new product/service stacks, most recently Office 2007 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) in particular. SFW has been a Microsoft Partner since 1995.

For the highest standards of delivery in Microsoft consulting, integration and operational support work, SFW runs a PSFD 'Premier Support' contract which gives us consultancy call-off priority and, when necessary, immediate access to Microsoft's UK and US internal teams for support.

Opal
A commercial UK-based Internet Service Provider (ISP) with extensive hosting and secure facilities in Newbury, London and Manchester. Opal is part of the Carphone Warehouse Group.

Opal supplies the physical hosting and communications facilities which form part of SFW's Managed Service offerings, specifically rack space, Internet connectivity, leased and ADSL lines. Opal (originally Altohiway) has worked with SFW since 1999.

GTL Limited (IGTL in the UK)
An £80m organisation and among the top IT service companies in India. Headquartered in Mumbai, it employs over 3,000 professionals.

GTL provides SFW with 24x7 remote server monitoring, which forms part of our Managed Services offering. SFW has been working with GTL since 2004.
