The Registry Electronic Interface (REI)
CDC Climat, a subsidiary of the French public financial institution Caisse des Dépôts, has contributed to the creation of a variety of tools that support the emergence and development of the Carbon economy, including the Seringas registry software and Europe’s first public Registry Electronic Interface (REI).
The REI connects user systems with National Registries allowing automated execution of registry transactions – an essential component for fully automated carbon trading and reporting
