SFW understands that a truly successful implementation does not just begin and end with system delivery, but requires a fusion of the technical, organisational and human components. And, therefore, its project managers are fluent in both project and technical language to provide the necessary balance.
Project work is undertaken using the PRINCE2 methodology as a framework. Within this methodology, SFW always appoints a senior member of staff to the project board. SFW then appoints a PRINCE2 certified Project Manager to manage all deliverables. Within PRINCE2, this would constitute the role of Team Manager reporting to the main client project manger to have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a project.
Generally SFW finds that the framework helps all parties manage expectations, deliverables and, of course, the project itself to the satisfaction of the client.
