SFW's CRM for Stakeholders solution chosen by key Central Government Dept

SFW is delighted to announce that a key central government department has purchased SFW's CRM for Stakeholders SaaS solution via the Government Cloudstore. 

The solution will help the department engage with its 5000, and increasing, stakeholders in the subjects of legislation, policy and industry information. A team of 80, all with different areas of responsibility, required access to the platform which will facilitate better targeted communications.

SFW’s CRM was provisioned and live within 24 hours of the order being placed and the fully hosted, SLA-backed Microsoft Dynamics web solution required no configuration on the department's outsourced internal IT infrastructure.
