Reusable components speed up the switch to SharePoint intranet
With the support contract for its intranet due to expire and a lack of adoption amongst users, WYCRC sought to replace the outdated system with a new solution based on SharePoint 2013.
Not only did the new intranet address critical issues such as poor discoverability and complicated processes for updating content, it also used a number of pre-configured elements from SFW’s G-Cloud content, collaboration and intranet products. As a result, much of the key functionality was delivered swiftly and effectively so reducing overall project costs.

SharePoint’s powerful Search gave WYCRC an improved toolset that made finding and getting to the right information much quicker and easier.
