The 12 month project placed the Romans customer at the centre of the experience, with clean design, easy navigation, enhanced search and animated video guides. Recent research indicates when searching for property, 95% of buyers and tenants primarily focus on the main image so SFW made use of all the available space to showcase properties at their best. It also improved business processes for managing the site based on an advanced CMS. A specific recruitment section gave applicants the ability to apply online.
