The changing insurance market has seen a number of new initiatives launched to allow younger drivers to benefit from reduced insurance costs. MyDrive provides telematics services to global insurance organisations so that they remain competitive in this fiercely dynamic marketplace.
The service provides feedback to drivers allowing them to analyse their driving techniques and adapt their style to ensure they benefit from the most competitive rates available. This information is provided via a number of portals – using either web or smart phone.
MyDrive required a partner to support its growing number of branded (white-labelled) portals and develop new portals according to insurance company requirements.
Application gains improved all round performance
To begin with, SFW helped MyDrive to move its application to new cloud infrastructure, allowing new bespoke branded portals to be deployed quickly and efficiently during pre-sales engagements and proof of concepts.
Application support, via an SFW managed service arrangement, provides a guaranteed response to software incidents, backed by a service level agreement (SLA). It also includes further capability to enhance the portal – both for existing clients and when there is need to implement proof of concepts for sales opportunities.
